TrustAnchorChoice provides three options for representing a trust anchor.

The certificate option allows for the use of a certificate with no additional associated constraints.

The tbsCert option allows for associating constraints by removing a signature on a certificate and changing the extensions field.

The taInfo option allows for use of the TrustAnchorInfo structure defined in RFC-5914.
